Returns & Refund Policy
E-Plus provides professional and rigorous service to satisfy customer’s needs.Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.
Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging. Replacement must be of the same type of product.
For the items to be eligible for a return and exchange, they will have to meet these requirements:
- Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 7 days of receipt date. Any lateness will not be entertained.
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, with all the tags and the original packaging.
- All freebies, samples and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If the electrical applianceis found to be damaged during shipping and you notice upon delivery or inspection, you will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty, technical support, and/or part replacements.
- After the product was shipped more than 7 days, the shipment was not received or rejected due to the customer's personal reasons.
Returns & Refund must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within 7 days of receiving it. E-plus will re-arrange shipment accordingly.
- If the item was marked as a gift /free offerings when purchased, it must be returned accordingly or the cost of a gift /free offeringswill be deducted from your refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
In the event of inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
E-Plus reserves the right to make final decisions in case of any dispute.
